Rubin is a Bulgarian hybrid variety that is a cross between Nebbiolo and Syrah created at the end of the 1950s. The hybrid is often described as a man wearing a suit and cowboy boots because of its finessed herbal, plummy fruit matched with somewhat rigorous tannins.

Saturated purple color with violet shades. A pronounced aroma combining spices, red berries and elegant French oak. Full bodied with velvety softness. A long and memorable aftertaste. Katarzyna Rubin pairs excellently with red meats, cheeses and spicy dishes.
