Brilliant pink classic dry rosé wine from Struma Valley, Southwestern Bulgaria—the only location in the world the Melnik variety is commercially grown. The wine has a lovely, fresh rose petal and strawberry aroma. The flavors are a harmonious combination of cherries, forest fruits, spices and herbs. The acidity is balanced and soft and very quaffable. This wine exceeded our expectations and we hope it will become one of your favorite rosés, too.
This rosé will pair well with starters like pomegranate and fennel salad, Bulgarian feta sprinkled with paprika and drenched in olive oil, tsatsa (цаца), or roasted sweet long peppers
