Brilliant intense golden-green color. Aromas of lemon zest, cantaloupe, pear, and dry grass are evocative of a sunny summer hike in the mountains. The taste is dense and soft and well-balanced. The flavors of citrus fruits are delicately supported by toasty baked pastry and intricately nutty flavors. The finish is brightly acidic and the flavors on the finish are of aromatic dried flowers.

Cucumber Cocktail
1 bottle of Tcherga white wine
2 cups of elderflower syrup
1 bottle of carbonated water (soda)
2 cucumbers
Mint leaves
Recipe:
Cut 2 long strips of cucumber (you can use a peeler to cut long, beautiful strips).
Cut the rest of the cucumber into pieces and blend together with the elderflower syrup in a blender. Add the chilled wine and carbonated water. Serve over ice, with cucumber strips and mint leaf garnish.
