Tasting Notes: Sandanski Misket is an interesting cross between Tamianka, Cabernet Sauvignon and Melnik and apparently the newest discovered Bulgarian grape variety found in the Struma Valley of North-Western Bulgaria.
Organic and delicious with a rather aromatic, crisp and succulent expression of gentle aromas of spring flowers and citrus-infused crisp palate. Great with salads and grilled fish.
