Highlights
This Bulgarian red wine is produced from selected Mavrud Grapes using classical technology. Used are the latest achievements of enology and the long years of experience and traditions of the winery. Grapes are picked in technologic ripeness of 21-22%. Fermentation takes place in winemaking devices Ganimed type, enabling extraction of phenols and aromatic compounds. Grapes are picked manually in the second half of October. This wine matures in containers made of inox.
Color and taste: The wine is characteristic for its ruby color, pleasant fruity aroma, mild and harmonious flavor. It’s suitable to be served with red meat dishes, game and cheese at temperature 16-18 degrees C.
